Before establishing Beyond, she worked extensively with adolescents with disabilities in school and home environments. This experience equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these individuals and their families. She has a strong background in conducting functional assessments, developing personalized behavior intervention plans, and training caregivers and staff to implement effective strategies. Whitney is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
