Whitney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with seven years of experience in applied behavior analysis. Before establishing Beyond, she worked extensively with adolescents with disabilities in school and home environments. This experience equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these individuals and their families. She has a strong background in conducting functional assessments, developing personalized behavior intervention plans, and training caregivers and staff to implement effective strategies. Whitney is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She is committed to using evidence-based practices and staying current with the latest research in the field.

Beyond is hiring individuals who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those who are interested in obtaining this credential. No experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is necessary but we prefer candidates who have some experience with individuals with special needs and who are willing to learn. We will provide training and work with candidates to gain the Registered Behavior Technician credential. Free supervision is available for those needing to meet competency requirements for the RBT

Pay will be between $15-$20 per hour, based on experience and education. The initial interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.
